Having served the community with in-home services to aid in all aspects of everyday living, we realized there is so much more we can offer to help make you and our world a better place. We have experienced first-hand the struggles that life can throw at us, so we are determined to provide adequate resources for all your therapy needs. After all, we know our world and our community is a better place with the happiest and healthiest version of you!

Our Staff

Andrea Skelton, LCSW, LCAC

Andrea Skelton is a  Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker and  Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor. She has been a social worker for the last 16 years. She provides individual, family, addiction, and grief and end-of-life counseling services. She has also worked in foster care, PRTF facilities, and with  women with addictions. She has also operated her private practice for the last six years.

She works with individuals to gain healthy coping skills to improve their quality of life. She has experience counseling individuals with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, ADD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder,and adjustment disorders.  She provides  tools and techniques to improve the quality of life for her patients and enable them to become successful in their community.  

She is motivated to help others feel good about themselves and gain healthy coping skills manifest success and self-love. Her motto is "Be the change you wish to see in the world."  by Gandhi.

Shaundrieka Townes, LMSW

 Shaundrieka Townes is a Licensed Master's Level Social Worker. She has experience working with families and children in protective custody as well as conducting group with individual sessions in the community for those diagnosed with SPMI, Grief, Trauma, Anxiety and Depression. She has worked in in-patient and out-patient settings for substance abuse clientele. She also has experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.

 Ms. Townes utilizes several therapeutic techniques to counsel her clients.  Motivational Interviewing is a client- centered style that elicits before change by assisting clients to explore and resolve ambivalence. Solution-Focused Brief therapy focuses on the client's present and future circumstances and goals rather than past experiences. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a short-term, goal oriented psychotherapy treatment that is a more practical approach to problem-solving. She also has multiple years experience providing Curriculum based- treatment therapy.  

Jamaal Jones, LMSW

 Jamaal is a Licensed Master level social worker currently working towards obtaining his clinical license in Therapy.  He has 10 years of experience working directly with individuals and groups within the community in various capacities. His therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in the schools of Existentialism and the Humanistic Approach. He places an emphasis on people in their environment, and  the "Here and Now".   

He focuses on issues that manifest in the therapeutic relationship and ties them in to address concerns that may tend to arise in other environments/relationships. His ambition to add value and connect with others was his original draw for become a mental health professional. The most profound thing he has learned in therapy is, we all come across barriers of some sort and that we are all travelers of some sort simply traveling through life; Most of time it helps to have someone to talk to along the way. 

Cydnee Bacci, Social Media Director

Cydnee is a recent graduate from Hofstra University. She aspires to be a pediatric occupational therapist and to help improve the quality of life for children in need. She manages all networking and social media platforms and is happy to help you become the healthiest version of yourself!

Joanne Smallwood, Case Manager

Joanne has worked in the home health service industry for more than fifteen years. She is our TLS care coordinator and works with our clients to provide the staff that is best suited for their specific needs. She works directly with our clients to build their goals and create a plan for their treatment. She is originally from Brooklyn, New York and is a mother of two.

Tish Stine, Office Manager

Tish is passionate about serving others in our community and making the world a better place! She has been a member of the staff for over a year. She was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas and is a loving mother to three children. In her free time, she enjoys fashion, interior design, sports, and traveling.
